As required by Ohio Revised Code section 4503.061(H)(5), if the County Auditor determines that a manufactured home has been moved without a relocation notice, the County Auditor shall impose a penalty of one hundred dollars upon the owner of the home and upon the person who moved the home. If the penalty on the owner is unpaid, the penalty shall constitute a lien on the home.
