Real Estate Tax: The tentative second half due date is Tuesday, August 4, 2015.

Manufactured Home Tax: The second half due date is Friday, July 31, 2015.

Automatic Withdrawal: AutoPay is a free secure service that allows you to pay your real estate taxes through an automatic deduction from your checking or savings account. There are two payment options:

  • Monthly Escrow AutoPay: Your monthly escrow payment will be debited from your bank account on the 15th of each month. Any remaining balance due will be debited from your bank account on the due date reflected on your tax bill. It may take up to three business days to reflect in your bank account.
  • Semi-Annual AutoPay: Your semi-annual taxes will be debited from your bank account on the due date reflected on your tax bill. It may take up to three business days to reflect in your bank account.

In order to sign up for AutoPay, you must first create a user account on our website. Please note: If you already have a user account set up on Water & Sewer's website, you do not need to create a new one. You can log in using the same username and password.
