AutoPay (Automatic Withdrawal)

Autopay is a free, secure service that allows you to pay your real estate taxes through an automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. You will still receive a tax bill, but you will no longer need to write and mail a check or stand in line to pay your taxes.

There are two Autopay options:

• Monthly:
  • 1/6th of your estimated half year tax amount will be debited from your bank account on the 15th of each month for the first five months of the tax cycle.
  • For the sixth and final payment of the tax cycle, the balance due will be debited on the due date reflected on your semi-annual tax bill.

• Semi-Annually:
  • Your half year taxes will be debited from your bank account on the due date reflected on your semi-annual tax bill.

• Debits usually take two business days to reflect in your bank account.
