AutoPay (Automatic Withdrawal)

AutoPay is a free, secure service that allows you to pay your real estate taxes through an automatic deduction from your checking or savings account. There are two payment options:

Monthly Escrow Automatic Withdrawal: Your monthly escrow payment will be debited from your bank account on the 15th of each month. Any remaining balance due will be debited from your bank account on the due date reflected on your tax bill. It may take up to three business days to reflect in your bank account. The payment schedule is as follows:

First Half:                                                          Second Half:

4) December 15th                                             4) June 15th                                                

5) January 15th                                                 5) July 15th

Semi-Annual Automatic Withdrawal: Your semi-annual taxes will be debited from your bank account on the due date reflected on your tax bill. It may take up to three business days to reflect in your bank account.

In order to sign up for Autopay, you must first create a user account. The parcel(s) you wish to pay must to be added to your user account.
